Its been a long time from you lot and a lot of things have gone down:

I've changed jobs...twice.
Been playing all manner of video games (Goddammit Fallout 3 was awesome)
Actually gotten some artwork done

And...

Hooked up. Yes, run to the hills (ruuuun foooor your LiiiIIIiiife!), this deviant is no longer single. Details will be forthcoming later on but as for now? I have sketching to do and artwork to post!

So, new computer upgrades are in and running well, however, I had to format my system in order to garner some compliance from this beast.

Which means I'm in the process of getting everything back. Yes, bugger.

On the uphand, I feel much more confident about performing overclocking on a fresh system. Far less things to go wrong on the software side of things.

So, bar DA, I'm gonna be out of contact probably until the end of the week when everything sorts itself out.

So yeah, got kind of distracted with CoH and being run into the ground at work.

But, I'm here so its update time.

First the bad news, and I know you're all gonna hate me for this: My scanner, after many long years of loyal service has given up the fight. All art is currently on hold till I can get a new one to fill his position.

Good news: Up to the eyeballs with cash and the government owes me 500 bucks thanks to a skills shortage area incentive payment. New scanner inbound as soon as that hits.

I'm sketching like mad on the bus to and from work. After these ninja pics are done I'm gonna see about doing some art for all my peeps in the Guardian Angels and the rest of the Shield of Paragon (fuck I love CoH. People put some real effort into their guilds). That said, I MAY be signing myself away...meh it happens.

Aaaand finally, Mucho computer upgrades to be purchased on Friday. Gonna kiss the day goodbye as a I tinker and overclock like mad.

Aside from that? Not much else is happening.

OK, I should really explain the title. No, I'm not leaving DA, no I'm not gonna go and top myself and no, my computer isn't going to die on me.

Though there WILL be a reason for me disappearing between 0200 tomorrow and some goddamn time on monday morning.

Its a double XP weekend on City of Heroes. I'm up to my armpits in beer, the internet is back in action (after a brief scare, but we won't go into that) and I'm all set to go. Just gotta get work out of the way now...

So if I'm out of contact between now and monday, don't panic. Just send more beer!

Also, I said I was gonna post one more sketch before I started ninja-ing people, but I kind of got carried away. Look forward to it!

Good news ladies and gentlemen, I've finally cleared up a huge item off my "to do" list.

The Perfect Grade Wing Zero Custom is done. Like I said in the dev comments, while it was a fun kit (perfect grades generally are fun), it wasn't nearly as well designed as the Strike was. Being a later model kit I'd say the Strike was better thought out.

Anywho, with that monster out of the road I can now start thinking about sketching with more resolve. Gonna post one more artwork before I get cracking on giving you VERY patient people the ninja treatment. Thanks for waiting by the way!

Also wanna give a shout out to the people on the Virtue Server of City of Heroes (well any that find this page anyway). Beer to you for being some of the most awesome people I've met in an MMO thus far (t'was a welcome change from RFO where everyone was on an ego trip).

Heading off to TAFE again soonish. or rather, every Tuesday until mid September. Should be a welcome pause in the middle of my work life.
